At Tony’s, we believe in doing the right thing, even when it’s tough. If you observe an ethical concern, dilemma, or misconduct that worries you, we encourage you to speak up.
That’s why we’ve got a Speak Up portal where anyone can safely and confidentially report concerns or misconduct. It’s part of our whistleblower policy, and it’s open to all: employees, suppliers, partners, and chocolate lovers alike.
